I was highly impressed with the Tempo Move as it offers much more than the more expensive equipment-based home exercise offerings. Tempo's Move with its AI actually watches the user to allow it to count reps, calculate the actual weight your using and corrects your form all through the use of your cell phone! It's brilliant and costs significantly less than all the competition at a fraction of the cost!
Fits perfectly in my small apartment! All the classes are super great, and I’ve been way more motivated to work out! Our complex has a gym but with fluctuations mask mandates and Covid cases increasing, I just felt more comfortable working out in my own space. I was worried I wouldn’t be motivated in the classes because I’m the only one around, but the leaderboard and suggested rep counts really keep me pushing. I’ve been working out with my tempo move way more frequently then I ever went to the gym!
Haven't been this excited to workout in a long time! The feedback is super helpful and the coaches bring so much energy and motivation to every class. The unit is beautiful and easy to use. SO so impressed.
